What is Glucomannan?
ZeroCarb™ Noodles are made from the increasingly popular glucomannan fibre. This is a water soluble fibre which helps to keep you fuller for longer and has been shown to support weight loss when used with a calorie controlled diet. An intake of 3g per day has been shown to increase the feeling of satiety (fullness) and therefore helps prevent unnecessary snacking by keeping you feeling fuller for longer. It is sourced from the root of the Konjac plant and has been popular in East Asian cooking for many years.
How do I cook ZeroCarb™ Noodles?
ZeroCarb™ Noodles arrived sealed in a purified water. Simply drain the water and rinse the noodles 2-3 times in cold water. ZeroCarb™ Noodles can be heated in an open pan for 2-3 minutes or cooked in the microwave for one minute. If you don’t use the full 200g in one serving, store the remainder in an airtight container with clean water for up to two days.
